We’re looking for someone sharp and detail-minded to join our parts team. If you like things organized, don’t miss details, and can juggle calls, quotes, and orders — this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
- Taking inbound calls, emails, and online requests for parts and supplies
- Identifying the right hoses, fittings, and components for each customer’s need
- Entering orders accurately and following up on quotes and shipments
- Assisting walk-in customers (at certain locations) with professionalism and a smile
- Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and back-order updates
- Supporting sales and service teams with product availability and pricing
What We’re Looking For
- Are highly detail-oriented and catch mistakes before they happen
- Have experience with parts, hoses, equipment, or mechanical systems(preferred but not required)
- Communicate clearly and follow through on every order
- Are comfortable learning systems like Acumatica or HubSpot (we’ll train you!)
- Enjoy helping people and solving small daily challenges

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
