We’ll get you hands-on at job sites, learning the ropes in real-world settings. The more you grow, the more responsibility you’ll take on.
About the Role
This is a remote or hybrid position, depending on your location and setup. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors, applicators, and businesses that use our equipment. Your job is to help them solve problems, find the right gear, and keep their operations moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with new and existing customers in the coatings and concrete industries
- Understanding job site needs and recommending equipment solutions
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure fast turnaround and follow-through
- Learning the industry by spending time in the field, at job sites, and with the tools
- Becoming a go-to resource in your territory
