Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant Represent to join our team. If you're great with customers and comfortable making follow-up or sales calls, this is your chance to contribute to a company that empowers contractors and builders across the country.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing leads
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business
- Answer inbound customer service calls and assist with order inquiries
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Support marketing efforts with customer feedback and outreach
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts
- Experience in customer service or sales (construction industry is a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
